Designed with a preset torque of 40 in-lb, this swivel head torque wrench is perfect for cable shield bond connectors and other ground connections. This torque wrench features the following:

• Can be used with any 3/8" drive sockets, including our TWS-38 (sold separately)
• Head pivots in 90° increments for convenience
